Waitressing

Chrissy's eyes widened even more as she realized the Vulpix, whoever it was, was drowning. Running to her lifeguard stand she grabbed the life ring and ran to the ocean where she last saw the Vulpix. She saw it come up again, farther out, and get put under by one of the waves. "Don't worry! I'm coming!" she called, though she doubted the Vulpix could hear her. She swam as fast as she could out to it, diving into the heart of the waves when they came at her. When she reached the spot she had saw the Vulpix, she dove under and opened her eyes.

Normally this would hurt her eye, but she was a water type, so it didn't. A foot below her she spotted the Vulpix. She went back to the surface to take a breath and then went under again, diving down to the Vulpix. She grabbed a hold of it's waist and pulled it back to the surface. The life ring, which was tied around her waist, was too far away so she just swam as fast as she could back to land. Back on land again, she placed the Vulpix on the ground and said still panting from the rescue, "Are you alright? Can you hear me?"

[Rai Yanai]

Rai coughed smoke then proceeded to spit out a ton of sea water before collapsing on the sand. She could hear the voice but was to weak to reply. Never.... going in water....EVER... again. She coughed out more smoke and closed her eyes.

OOC: Anyone can, though it was meant to be more of a secretive thing rather than people changing whenever they want. xD

Chrissy heaved a sigh of relief when she saw the Vulpix cough and spit out water. At least it was still breathing. She walked back over to where Mabel and Mai had set their stuff, carrying the Vulpix in her arms. "That was a close one," she murmured. Setting the Vulpix on the hot sand, she sat down and sighed. "So do you know who dug that hole?" she asked casually.

((Alrighty. Thanks Mabel! And I guess the secretive part of the plan failed. xD))

[Mai Yanai]

"That." Mai said while transforming back into her human form. "My sister Rai." Mai didn't mean to drown her sister. Or maybe she did. Mai didn't know. "She's mad that I stole MY bathingsuit from her. She takes my stuff and hides it for no reason." Mai sat down on her chair now that it wasn't in the hole. All that drama with her sister has tired her out.

[Chrissy Starr]

Chrissy raised her eyebrows in surprise. I guess I shouldn't really be surprised though, she thought. With they being different types. Laughing quietly to herself, Chrissy smiled and looked down at Rai. "Well, I guess it's just Rai's way of getting attention or something like that," she told Mai. "She may just want to be noticed." She laughed again. "That's just my theory." Thinking quietly about Rai, she dug her hands into the sand. "So what now? My shift is almost over, you want to hang out or something?"

[Mai Yanai]

"Sure, where do you guys want to go now?" Mai was getting tired of the drama at the beach. she wanted to go and hang out somewhere else. Like the mall! Mai didn't want Rai to go though. But she would probably insist on going. It was her car though.

[Mabel Fox]

"You guys wanna go to the mall?" Mabel asked. She was pretty tired from the drama, and shifted into a human as she came up next to Mai and Chrissy.

Chrissy smiled. The mall sounded wonderful after all the drama. "Sure! But do you think we could stop by my house? I have to get a few things. I wasn't really expecting to go anywhere after work," she replied. Then she thought about the things she had to get. Such as her purse, wallet, and change into dry clothes. Even though she was a water type, she didn't like to walk around in wet clothes.
